Real Estate Deal in and Around Denver

According to one of the title companies information, residential real estate sales in month of April, 2010 were reported to be 37% higher than the previous month. This must have been due to the fact that the buyer's tax credit program ended on 30th April, 2010.
This was one of the busiest months for real estate professionals as well as new buyers and sellers. Some of the buyers and sellers just missed to take advantage of this tax credit. I wish, the program starts back again. Since the interest rates are continuing to decline or staying at all time low, I expect the real estate transactions to continue growing in next months.
